The Stack · 15 AI skills

Fifteen AI skills. The right playbook for your kind of business.

A SaaS product and a fractional CMO practice need different positioning, pricing and launch playbooks. The Stack classifies your business first. Every skill then runs the frameworks built for that model and hands you a finished document.

How it works

Answer the setup questions once. Every skill uses them.

1

Classify your business

The setup skill asks about your model, stage, sales motion, price point, team, Builder Archetype, geography and how much you can build yourself. It takes a few minutes.

2

Load the playbook

Every skill opens the playbook for your model. A fractional CMO pricing a retainer gets Blair Enns. A SaaS founder gets Madhavan Ramanujam.

3

Keep the output

Each skill ends with a document: an ICP, an offer, a price, a page spec, a launch calendar. The next skill builds on it, so start wherever the pressure is.

FAQ

Questions, answered

What do I need to run it?

Claude, in the app or Claude Code. You add the skills once and run them in your own account, so your business details stay with you.

How is this different from a set of prompts?

Each skill is a full workflow with its own questions, a playbook for each business model and an output template. The skills share one context file, so later skills use what earlier ones produced.

Do I have to run the skills in order?

No. Run the setup skill first, then start wherever the pressure is. There's a recommended sequence, and you're free to skip around.

What if my business doesn't fit one model neatly?

The setup skill picks the closest model and notes the hybrid, for example services with a digital product on the side. Skills use the main playbook and flag where the second model changes the advice.

What if I want help using it?

The Audit gives you my written diagnosis of what the skills produced. The Build is the same system with me 1:1 for three months. Compare the options →
