These terms cover madgrowth.io and everything offered on it: the Builder Diagnostic, the Expertise Audit skill, The Stack, The Audit, The Build and startup go-to-market advisory. Madgrowth is run by Madalena Rugeroni ("I", "me") through Madalena Rugeroni, Unipessoal Lda, a company registered in Portugal with NIPC and VAT number PT517207427. By buying or using any of these, you agree to these terms.

Free resources

The Builder Diagnostic and the Expertise Audit skill are free for your own use and provided as they are.

The Stack

The Stack is a digital product delivered after payment. You can use it for yourself and your own business. You can't resell it, share it publicly, redistribute the skills or package them into a competing product. Updates are free for as long as The Stack is on sale. The frameworks referenced in the skills are credited to their authors, who aren't affiliated with Madgrowth.

The Audit

After you pay, you'll fill in a short intake form. I'll confirm by email when I start, and you'll receive the written diagnosis within 5 business days of that confirmation. If you start The Build within 14 days of receiving it, the Audit price is credited toward your first month.

The Build and startup advisory

The Build is billed at 1,200€ a month and startup go-to-market advisory at 3,000€ a month. Both have a three-month minimum, then continue month to month until you cancel. To cancel, email me before your next billing date. The Launched Guarantee described on the homepage applies to The Build when you complete the work agreed between sessions.

Payments

Prices are in euros and payments are processed by Stripe. VAT is applied under Portuguese and EU rules. Invoices are issued by Madalena Rugeroni, Unipessoal Lda (VAT PT517207427).

Results

I provide advice, tools and feedback. Outcomes depend on your work, your market and your timing, so I can't promise a specific result, revenue figure or number of clients. Nothing here is legal, tax or financial advice.

Confidentiality and ownership

Anything you share with me for client work stays confidential. The documents you create with the skills or with me are yours. The site content and the skills themselves remain mine.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid me in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Portuguese law, and disputes go to the Portuguese courts. If you're a consumer in the EU, you keep the protections of the law where you live.

Consumers can file a complaint in the Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico or use the consumer dispute resolution service CNIACC (Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo).
